The Company operates as a dedicated merchant of diverse, ready-to-wear physical headwear collections. All transactions executed through this website constitute a binding sales agreement for the supply of physical goods to consumers located within the European market. - Shipping, Logistics, and Delivery Framework
The Company maintains a structured logistical workflow to manage shipments destined for European consumers:
Logistical Partners: All international shipments are dispatched from our corporate fulfilment facility located in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, utilising the priority networks of DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Transit Timeframe: The standard delivery schedule for shipments destined for European regions is five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date of initial dispatch.
Automated Tracking Notifications: To maintain complete operational transparency, automated notification messages will be transmitted directly to the email address provided by the Customer during the checkout process. These notifications are issued at critical operational milestones, specifically:
Upon order dispatch from our corporate fulfilment facility;
Upon arrival of the package at international transit hubs;
Upon commencement of local delivery to the Customer’s address.
Delivery Interruption Protocols: If a shipment fails to arrive within the standard estimated timeframe, the Company will immediately initiate a formal trace and investigation with the responsible carrier network. Following the validation of the transport status by the carrier, the Company will implement a resolution, which may include a full financial refund or a complete replacement shipment, determined by the objective factual findings of the investigation.
- Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss
In strict compliance with the mandatory consumer protection frameworks applicable within the European Union (specifically the European Union Consumer Rights Directive), the risk of loss, damage, or degradation of the items remains with the Company throughout the international transit process.
The legal title to the merchandise and the associated risk of loss shall transfer to the Customer only at the exact point in time when the Customer, or an appointed third party acting on the Customer’s behalf (distinct from the logistics carrier), takes physical possession of the physical goods. Under no circumstances does the risk transfer to the consumer upon delivery of the merchandise to the carrier at our warehouse.
- Statutory Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Damaged Merchandise
Statutory Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, consumers residing within the European Union retain a statutory right to withdraw from the sales contract without providing justification within a period of fourteen (14) days. This period begins on the day the Customer, or an appointed third party, takes physical possession of the final item included in the order.
Exercise of Withdrawal Right: To formally execute this right, the Customer must transmit an explicit written notice to our official support email address: variety@crestflexhat.com within the stipulated 14-day timeframe.
Flawed or Damaged Items: If an item arrives with physical flaws or transport damage, the Customer must notify our support team via email (variety@crestflexhat.com) within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The Customer must provide clear photographic evidence documenting the specific impairment. Upon administrative verification of the photographic evidence by our personnel, the Company will process a full financial refund or arrange an immediate replacement shipment. To maintain optimal customer convenience, the Customer is not required to return the damaged physical item to our overseas warehouse; the provision of valid photographic validation is fully sufficient to finalise the refund or replacement process.
- Pricing and Financial Transactions
All retail prices displayed on the website are definitive at the time of purchase. Payments must be rendered using the formal payment methods authorised at the checkout interface. The Company utilizes industry-standard cryptographic protocols to transmit transactional variables. No absolute assertions are made regarding the complete elimination of internet-based data vulnerabilities, and the Company adheres strictly to realistic data handling standards. - Proprietary Rights and Visual Content
